Information we process
TresorAI processes account information, card scans, collection details, usage records and subscription events needed to provide the service.
Card scans
Scans are private and stored outside the public web root. Temporary scans are deleted according to configured retention periods; images saved to My Trove remain until removed or the account is deleted.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, device and browser characteristics, interactions, and general usage patterns so we can improve TresorAI. Google may process analytics identifiers and related technical information according to its own privacy terms. You can restrict analytics through browser privacy controls and supported content-blocking tools.
Service providers
We use contracted infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, AI-recognition and catalogue providers only where needed to operate and improve TresorAI. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as card details by TresorAI.
